"Song For My Father" is the Horace Silver composition which was arranged for concert band by Ron Poorman and played by the South Jersey Area Wind Ensemble at their Happy! Concert. It features the outstanding solo work of band members Jim Tangney, trombone, Al Harrison, Flugelhorn, and Michael Marano, tenor Saxophone.  The high trumpet parts sound great down the octave.
